A Customized Website from Playlist is a mobile-friendly website generated for a business using its existing logo, brand colors, and content, with booking and payments tools integrated directly into the page. This offering is not available to businesses in prenatal, children's, or medical services categories. 

The core build is included at no additional cost and there are no ongoing fees for hosting or maintenance. Domain registration may carry a fee, and any work outside the standard scope is billed separately. 

Rather than a fully bespoke service, Customized Websites are a managed, templated build. Animation and video are not part of the current feature set. AI-based translation is available, but full regional localization beyond translated text isn't supported yet.

Eligible customers are able to have their Customized Website go live in as little as 3–5 business days from intake. Average time to launch is 2–3 weeks depending on how quickly intake is completed and review timelines.

No coding or design work falls on the customer. Eligible customers can get a branded website with integrated online booking without needing to build it themselves. An intake form collects branding and content, a draft is produced and shared for review, feedback is folded into a revision cycle, and the site is launched and maintained afterward.  

Customized Websites are offered to eligible customers as part of the Playlist platform and are built with AI technology, so customers cannot make edits on their own. However, it is easy to request edits prior to launch and on an ongoing quarterly basis. Changes made within a business's core software, such as staffing, scheduling, or service listings, sync to the website automatically and don't require a separate request.

One domain is purchased per business at no cost, pending confirmation of the URL. A business that already holds a domain can have it connected instead. If a customer discontinues their subscription, the domain remains registered under that customer’s name, and payment responsibility is transferred. Domain-specific email isn't included by default, though existing email tied to a domain can typically be connected on request.

By default, Customized Websites include basic SEO optimization: Meta tags, structured data for your business type, semantic HTML, image alt text, and lazy loading. Your site is also set up to be indexed by all major search engines like Google and Bing. We optimize the foundational signals AI crawlers look at (clean semantic HTML, structured data, clear factual content, llms.txt where appropriate), but visibility in AI answers also depends on your site being cited or referenced elsewhere on the web.
 
However, technical SEO setup doesn't equal to rankings: Actual search visibility depends on content quality, competition, backlinks, and ongoing optimization. AEO is a fast-evolving space and no provider can guarantee inclusion in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.). 

Playlist has limited localization support. However, currently available markets include Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
