The Role You'll Play
- Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and business leaders, providing data-driven guidance on hiring, promotions, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead market pricing and benchmarking analyses to support competitive and equitable compensation decisions across global markets.
- Own and evolve the company’s job architecture framework, including job families, career levels, leveling methodologies, and salary structures.
- Partner proactively with stakeholders to understand business needs, anticipate questions, and develop compensation recommendations that support talent and business objectives.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and self-service reporting that transform compensation and workforce data into actionable insights for leaders.
- Leverage AI and analytics tools to improve decision-making, automate reporting, and uncover workforce trends.
- Present market insights and compensation recommendations to leadership, translating complex data into clear business narratives.
- Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and methodologies while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
The Experience You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of compensation experience with expertise in market pricing, job architecture, and compensation consulting.
- Strong partnership and influencing skills with experience supporting HRBPs, Recruiters, and business leaders.
- Deep knowledge of compensation surveys, benchmarking methodologies, salary structures, and leveling frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience building dashboards and executive-facing reporting.
- Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools; experience with AI-enabled analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple countries and global markets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment
