You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and the account team to ensure seamless handoffs, strong knowledge transfer, and launches that set partners up for long-term impact.
The Role You’ll Play

- Drive a pipeline of partner launches with clear timelines, strong follow-through, and consistent partner and internal communication
- Serve as the primary post-signature partner contact, maintaining momentum from the sales process and delivering a high-quality onboarding experience
- Translate partnership terms, operational requirements, and technical setup needs into clear onboarding plans and actionable internal workflows
- Coordinate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to capture partner-specific needs and execute accurately
- Create and maintain partner-facing onboarding materials (for example, webinar decks, launch trackers, FAQs, enablement resources, and training content)
- Keep onboarding status, requirements, risks, and next steps clearly documented through request forms, reporting, and Salesforce hygiene
- Identify recurring blockers and process gaps, and help build scalable templates, documentation, and best practices that improve speed, quality, and consistency
The Experience You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in an external-facing role, ideally at a B2C or B2B technology company, marketplace business, or high-growth startup
- Experience managing complex partner, client, or customer onboarding with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, including managing competing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines across multiple launches
- Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and move work forward with limited oversight
- A sales-minded onboarding approach, balancing urgency with a strong partner experience and driving adoption quickly after launch
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and building scalable processes
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with senior-level audiences
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented working style, with the ability to build relationships and drive accountability across stakeholders
