The Role You'll Play

As a key member of our Implementation Team, you’ll lead software implementations for high-impact client accounts across North America and Latin America. You’ll partner closely with regional Sales and Customer Success teams, plus global cross-functional partners, to drive clear plans, smooth execution, and client outcomes that last. You’ll engage stakeholders from C-suite leaders to frontline teams, tailoring your approach to build alignment, confidence, and momentum throughout the implementation journey. Externally, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Mindbody clients, helping them transition successfully and realize value quickly.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, aligning internal teams and client stakeholders on outcomes, scope, timelines, and success measures
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while keeping teams aligned and unblocked
• Build and maintain project plans that clarify milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership across internal and external partners
• Manage changes to scope, timeline, and cost with clear communication and thoughtful prioritization to protect delivery and client experience
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks early, driving timely decisions and issue resolution to keep implementations moving forward
• Use project management tools and reporting to track progress, measure performance, and provide transparent milestone updates
• Create and maintain project documentation, capturing decisions, action items, and key deliverables for continuity and clarity
• Adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, contributing to process improvements that strengthen execution and operational excellence

 The Experience You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of formal project management experience, with a track record of driving initiatives from planning through execution
• PMP certification or other relevant certification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the emotional intelligence to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical and problem-solving strength, with sound judgment in navigating complexity, identifying risks, and resolving issues
• Relationship-building skills that help you establish trust, stay composed under pressure, and address client concerns with care and professionalism
• Proficiency with project management tools including Asana or MS Project or Visio, plus PowerPoint, SalesForce, and SharePoint
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, aligning cross-functional partners toward shared goals
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus; multilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is also a plus
