JOB FAMILY SUMMARY 

The ClassPass International team is responsible for growing and strengthening our partner ecosystem across global markets. This role includes acquiring new fitness and wellness partners with a focus on gyms and fitness operators. Through a combination of market expertise, strong local relationships, and strategic sales, the team ensures we deliver exceptional value to our members and long-term commercial success for our partners. 

 

JOB SUMMARY 

The Field Account Executive is responsible for acquiring net new gyms and fitness operators for the ClassPass platform within their assigned market and broader region. 

They are embedded within their markets, building strong relationships across the fitness sector, and are the first to identify gyms, newly opened fitness locations, and fitness operators with strong brand positioning and service standards. 

This role requires comfort engaging senior stakeholders, understanding gym commercial structures, and positioning ClassPass as a strategic incremental revenue and exposure channel. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 

  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within gyms, gym software, gym equipment, fitness operators, or premium leisure operators 
  • Experience engaging gym owners, Sales Directors, Operations Managers, or Fitness Managers is a strong plus 
  • Proven sales record of consistent over-performance on monthly quotas and OKRs 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite 
  • Will be based in the assigned city of Paris, France, with travel across the broader French region 
  • Fluency in French and English is required 
  • Strong alignment with Playlist core values and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment 
  • Established relationships within the French gym and fitness community are highly desirable 

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Engage directly with gym and fitness partners, including decision-makers at both location and group level, to grow the regional book of business 
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly quotas based on new gym and fitness locations added to the ClassPass network 
  • Lead with a field-first mindset, prioritising in-person outreach through gym visits, site inspections, meetings, and fitness networking events 
  • Confidently articulate the commercial value proposition, positioning ClassPass as a curated, brand-aligned distribution and incremental revenue channel for gyms and fitness operators 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility 
  • Prepare and deliver polished, data-driven pitch decks and executive-level readouts tailored to fitness audiences
