The Role You'll Play
We’re building the tools that help wellness businesses grow, and the Strategic Accounts team at Mindbody plays a key role in that work. You’ll own the strategic vision and day-to-day execution for a portfolio of enterprise partners, working closely with brand leadership to create growth plans, remove friction, and improve outcomes across their businesses. In this role, you’ll operate as the general manager of your book of business, blending relationship leadership with operational insight and data-driven decision-making. You’ll report to the Manager, Strategic Accounts within our Enterprise organization.
- Lead executive-level growth conversations focused on expansion, performance, and profitability
- Introduce and execute new Mindbody product opportunities that deepen partnerships and unlock new revenue streams
- Diagnose partner needs, prioritize opportunities by business impact, and co-create solutions that drive measurable results
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, owning issue resolution and partner satisfaction end to end
- Build trusted relationships with partner leaders across C-suite, strategy, marketing, and operations
- Run quarterly business reviews to align on performance, insights, and forward plans
- Drive operational improvements that elevate the partner experience on the Mindbody platform
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Pricing to remove roadblocks and deliver a high-quality experience
The Experience You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales
- Experience partnering cross-functionally (for example with product, marketing, and operations) to build practical, creative solutions
- A track record of high performance, sound judgment, and continuous improvement
- Ability to balance internal priorities with partner needs and communicate clearly in both directions
- Strength in building and sustaining long-term client relationships, including with senior stakeholders
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong bias toward action and follow-through
- Strong communication skills and comfort adapting your style to different audiences and situations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at a fast pace

The goal of the Company's compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $86,000 to $110,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
