This role is the operational backbone of Mindbody's creative team. As our Senior Marketing Project Manager, you'll own the day-to-day traffic and resource management that keeps creative work moving—on time, on scope, and on budget. You'll be the connective tissue between the Creative Director, VP of Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, making sure the right work gets done on time and in the right priority order.

Beyond creative operations, you'll also support broader marketing campaign efforts, driving project initiatives as needed. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves a good system, and knows how to solve complex problems with logic, care, and attention.

The Role You'll Play

  • Own creative operations end to end, including intake, scoping, prioritization, and traffic management
  • Manage resourcing and capacity planning for the creative team, assigning work and balancing workloads
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies; surface risks, blockers, and tradeoffs early
  • Coordinate planning and production for video and photo shoots and other creative initiatives
  • Own Asana as the team’s project management hub, including documentation, adoption, and workflow improvements
  • Support key marketing campaign initiatives by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign retros across channels and markets
  • Serve as the creative team point of contact in cross-functional DACIs and integration meetings, aligning commitments with marketing, product, sales, SA, and CX
  • Track and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, reporting, and clear stakeholder updates through agendas, notes, and status reporting

 The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or marketing project management
  • Hands-on experience managing creative team workflows, resourcing, and capacity planning
  • Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment on what needs attention now versus later
  • Working knowledge of project management practices for scoping, scheduling, coordination, and risk management
  • Experience with Asana; able to create clarity through consistent processes and clean project hygiene
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally across time zones without losing momentum
  • A relationship-builder who drives accountability with clarity and care
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership, seeing initiatives through from kickoff to delivery
