The Role You’ll Play:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Operations team, managing 8 coordinators and operations specialists to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
- Own and scale end-to-end recruiting operations, driving consistency, efficiency, and quality across global hiring processes.
- Design and implement scalable workflows to support hiring 1,000+ employees that is growing quickly.
- Partner closely with Recruiting, People Operations, and business leaders to align on hiring goals and operational needs.
- Drive optimization and adoption of tools such as Greenhouse and GoodTime to improve scheduling, data integrity, and experience.
- Leverage data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve funnel performance, and inform decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to automate and innovate, including the use of AI and technology, to scale Talent Acquisition effectively.

Experience You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, or related functions, with 3+ years leading teams.
- Proven experience building and scaling recruiting operations in high-growth, global environments.
- Strong experience managing coordination teams and driving operational excellence at scale.
- Deep familiarity with ATS and scheduling tools such as Greenhouse and GoodTime.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring and complex, multi-region recruiting operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $120,000 to $150,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
