The Role You'll Play

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting while helping drive improvements in our monthly close process. You’ll partner across the finance organization to strengthen processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure our financial information is reliable and accurate. We’re looking for someone who combines strong accounting fundamentals with a process-oriented mindset and a desire to make things work better.

  • Own key areas of the month-end process, ensuring accurate and timely financial results.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting analyses across multiple balance sheet and income statement areas.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the close process, driving efficiency while maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Use data tools and automation to improve reporting workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance visibility into close activities.
  • Support preparation of financial reporting deliverables, including schedules used for internal reporting, external financial statements, and audit support.
  • Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to analyze variances and ensure financial results are well understood.
  • Assist with external audits and maintain strong supporting documentation for key accounting areas.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the accounting function, including process automation, standardization, and enhanced reporting dashboards.

 The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ownership of key close processes with a track record of improving efficiency or accuracy.
  • Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines during close cycles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
  • Exposure to data and automation tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms used to improve reporting and accounting workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or automation technologies that improve accounting efficiency or reporting processes is a plus.
  • Effective communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
