The Role You'll Play

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing cross-departmental initiatives that drive growth, retention, and engagement across our B2C marketplace. This role goes beyond building dashboards or models—you’ll use data as a strategic tool to influence decisions, experiment, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to design and measure strategic initiatives that improve marketplace performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership, influencing key business decisions.
  • Design and implement A/B experiments to evaluate new strategies and measure business impact.
  • Build scalable analytical frameworks to continuously monitor marketplace health and surface emerging opportunities or risks.
  • Balance deep quantitative analysis with strong business intuition, ensuring insights are practical and decision-ready.
  • Act as a thought partner to business leaders: proactively identifying questions to ask, hypotheses to test, and opportunities to pursue.
  • Drive alignment across departments by presenting data-driven perspectives that clarify trade-offs and guide prioritization.

 The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven ability to translate complex problems into clear, human-centered solutions that drive business impact.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong business intuition with a natural curiosity to uncover the why behind the data.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence in communicating to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A problem solver at heart—you care less about reporting for its own sake and more about shaping strategy through insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Solid foundation in statistical analysis, data modeling, and experimentation design, including A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with modern data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively.
  • Internally competitive and externally collaborative
