Project Manager

The Role You'll Play:

At Playlist, we're on a mission to power the experiences that bring people together. As a Project Manager, you'll be the strategic orchestrator who transforms complex software implementations into seamless success stories, bridging our internal teams and external partners with precision and empathy.

Your impact will extend far beyond traditional project management. You'll be:

  • Architect comprehensive project strategies that align cross-functional teams, breaking down silos and creating collaborative pathways to success
  • Design and execute detailed project plans that transform complex implementations into smooth, value-driven experiences for our clients
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, turning challenges into opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Develop and maintain transparent communication channels with stakeholders from C-suite executives to frontline staff
  • Leverage data-driven insights to track project performance, continuously refining processes and delivering measurable business impact
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients, guiding them through technological transitions with expertise and empathy
  • Adapt quickly to evolving business landscapes, demonstrating flexibility and strategic thinking in fast-paced environments
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence, ensuring every project reflects our commitment to enabling real-world experiences

Experience You Bring:

  • 2+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully driving initiatives from conception to completion
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools, including Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven track record of analytical problem-solving and innovative thinking
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous, dynamic business environments
  • Experience with collaborative project management approaches, with familiarity in Agile methodologies preferred
  • Exceptional skill in balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Passion for enabling business growth and creating meaningful technological experiences

Note: While a PMP certification is appreciated, we value your practical experience and potential more than formal credentials.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $65,400  to $87,200 . The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
