The Role You'll Play
At Playlist, we're reimagining how technology can fuel real-world experiences. As our Marketing CRO Developer, you'll be the creative force behind our digital experimentation, transforming how we connect with our audience through intelligent web optimization.
- Design and implement cutting-edge web experiments that drive meaningful user engagement, using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create seamless, impactful digital experiences.
- Craft compelling landing pages that tell our story and convert intent into action, supporting marketing campaigns with technical precision and creative flair.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance to ensure our digital touchpoints deliver a smooth, intuitive user journey across all devices and browsers.
- Leverage Google Analytics and SQL to uncover deep insights, translating data into strategic optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate dynamically with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to push the boundaries of our marketing technology ecosystem.
- Develop and execute A/B tests that reveal nuanced user behaviors and preferences.
- Prototype and implement web features that enhance our digital experience and support our mission of connecting people to incredible real-world moments.
- Continuously refine our web performance, turning technical expertise into user-centric solutions.
Experience You Bring
- 3+ years of web development and optimization experience, with a passion for creating digital experiences that inspire action.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics, demonstrating ability to transform data into strategic insights.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong working knowledge of experimentation platforms like Optimizely.
- Proven SQL skills for deep data analysis.
- Experience with Contentful, HubSpot, or WordPress.
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning in the fast-evolving digital landscape.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
