The Role You'll Play

At Playlist, we're reimagining how businesses grow and connect with customers. As the Manager of Payment Sales, you'll lead a dynamic team of Account Managers dedicated to driving payment volume and customer retention for Mindbody's payment solutions.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing account management team, transforming individual potential into collective success
  • Coach account managers across experience levels, providing targeted feedback that accelerates skill development and team performance
  • Drive strategic team operations, balancing performance management with meaningful employee development
  • Develop and execute onboarding and training programs that set new hires up for immediate impact
  • Craft precise sales forecasts and maintain a comprehensive view of the team's sales pipeline
  • Build and nurture cross-functional partnerships to unlock collaborative opportunities
  • Proactively identify and remove operational barriers to maintain team momentum
  • Champion high-impact strategic initiatives that advance the broader sales vision

 

Experience You Bring

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales or account management teams in payment processing, fintech, or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with a strategic, results-oriented approach
  • Advanced skills in sales performance analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Sales Loft, Gong, and advanced reporting dashboards
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Talent for developing team members and creating growth-oriented environments
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to manage complex, dynamic priorities

 

Pay Transparency

It is Playlist’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Playlist’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $87,000 to $110,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
