The Role You'll Play
This is a hands-on, systems-savvy role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology. As our Marketing Technology Associate, you’ll be the go-to expert for HubSpot operations—building smarter workflows, ensuring data integrity across platforms, and helping the team turn complexity into clarity. Your work will directly support how we engage prospects, generate leads, and drive marketing performance.
- Own and optimize HubSpot operations including list segmentation, property mapping, integrations, and workflow automation
- Serve as the technical lead for HubSpot, advising on platform capabilities and implementing new features
- Monitor and troubleshoot data flow between HubSpot and connected platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Conduct regular QA checks across workflows and campaign data to uphold system integrity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to document MarTech processes and maintain data quality standards
- Analyze traffic, lead flow, and performance using tools like GA4, applying insights to support campaign strategy and attribution
The Experience You’ll Bring
- Strong, hands-on experience managing and optimizing HubSpot
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling) and SQL (writing queries, analyzing datasets)
- Solid understanding of lead generation and the B2B sales funnel
- Familiar with GA4 and UTM tracking, with an ability to interpret traffic and campaign data
- Knowledge of lead attribution models and marketing performance reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Independent, curious, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset and communication style
- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS and APIs to support marketing automation, integrations, and data workflows are nice to have
