The Role You’ll Play:
The Global Partnerships team oversees the App Ecosystem and Strategic Partnerships, including white-labeled and embedded partner products. As the Manager of Business Operations, Partnerships, you'll serve as the operational backbone of the team—owning the systems, processes, and cross-functional execution that enable our partner ecosystem to scale efficiently and sustainably. You'll operate at both a strategic and execution level, leading complex initiatives, driving prioritization, and acting as a trusted partner to Partnerships leadership alongside Accounting, Finance, Product, BI, Sales, and Support.
- Own the operational strategy for the Partnerships organization, translating partner and revenue goals into scalable processes and execution plans
- Identify gaps in systems, workflows, and policies—then lead implementation of solutions that improve speed, clarity, and accountability
- Serve as the escalation point for complex partner operational issues including billing, contracts, systems, and data integrity
- Build and maintain partner operations documentation including playbooks, governance frameworks, and internal enablement materials
- Support strategic planning for the Partnerships team, including annual planning, revenue modeling, and roadmap prioritization
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospectives, and data-driven decision making
- Prepare and present reports, analysis, and insights that provide visibility into business performance
- Manage and mentor junior operations team members as the function scales

Experience You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, partnerships operations, program management, or strategy roles
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS or marketplace environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience building executive-level reports, dashboards, and business models
- Exceptional communication abilities with the capacity to influence senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale operational processes that drive accountability
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
- Experience supporting partner ecosystems, APIs, platforms, or revenue partnerships preferred
