About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Product Manager to own and evolve our Identity Platform strategy across Mindbody’s ecosystem. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless and safe account creation, login, and relationship management experience for consumers interacting with Mindbody products, while providing the tools and capabilities for staff users to help their clients with login and secure their own account access.
This role requires deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), a consumer-grade UX mindset, and the ability to balance enterprise workflow stability with delightful user experiences. You will architect and scale identity systems that support millions of end users and thousands of business customers across multiple SaaS applications.
What You'll Do
- Own the vision and roadmap for Mindbody’s unified identity platform, serving as the foundation for authentication, authorization, account management, and user relationships across our product ecosystem.
- Enhance consumer identity systems with features that business customers need to provide seamless, secure, and user-friendly experiences for their clients.
- Launch features to targeted demographics while monitoring impact.
- Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all staff users of B2B Mindbody software, ensuring enterprise-grade security without disrupting business workflows.
- Lead the strategy and execution of large-scale identity migrations and rollouts, ensuring secure, stable transitions for thousands of enterprise customers and millions of consumers.
- Define and evolve granular, customizable permission and role models for enterprise customers, including complex organizational structures, hierarchies, and administrative controls.
- Develop and scale multi-user and family relationship models for consumer products, including shared access, guardianship, household structures, and delegated roles.
- Lead cross-functional alignment for identity standards across multiple product teams, ensuring consistency and reliability throughout the Mindbody ecosystem.
- Own end-to-end product initiatives—from user research and requirements through rollout planning, migration coordination, change management, and post-launch optimization.
- Work closely with design and UX writing partners to deliver IAM flows with exceptional clarity, precision, and ease of use.
- Communicate product strategy, risks, and tradeoffs at executive levels, building consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Identity & Access Management, authentication systems, or security platforms.
- Demonstrated success owning IAM for both enterprise (B2B) and consumer products.
- Experience defining and implementing unified identity platforms across multiple SaaS applications, with strong architectural understanding of cross-product identity needs.
- Proven track record leading major identity migrations, login-related transitions, and high-scale rollouts impacting thousands of organizations and millions of users.
- Deep expertise in identity standards and technologies:
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
- SAML SSO, OIDC SSO
- MFA (TOTP, SMS, push, hardware keys)
- Social sign-on (Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.)
- Hands-on experience building or managing complex permissions and role-based access control (RBAC) for enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and operating multi-user or family account structures on the consumer side.
- Able to self-serve data for analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting using SQL without relying on engineering or analytics teams.
- Strong understanding of how identity changes impact business operations, with demonstrated ability to execute identity improvements without breaking established workflows.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills—including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
- A data-driven approach with experience using metrics, experimentation, and user research to drive product decisions.
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, wellness, education).
- Familiarity with identity governance, auditing, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with customer lifecycle, entitlement systems, or cross-product platform integration.
- Background working on platform teams supporting multiple product groups or business units.
- Experience in the wellness, fitness, or beauty industry.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $175,000 to 200,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
