The Role You’ll Play:
As a Software Engineer II, you’ll play a key role in modernizing the technology behind real-world experiences—contributing to systems that power movement, wellness, and personal connection around the globe. You’ll help shape scalable, secure, and reliable web applications that support thousands of businesses, working closely with engineering peers, product partners, and design teams to bring thoughtful solutions to life.
- Build and maintain performant, reliable web applications using .NET Core and React or Next.js.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code that enhances product quality and reduces technical debt.
- Collaborate with Product and Design from planning through release to improve customer outcomes.
- Analyze requirements, review workflows, and propose improvements to system performance and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across services with a focus on stability and long-term scalability.
- Support and evolve key services while contributing to our engineering standards and development best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production issues with urgency and care.
- Share your knowledge through peer reviews and mentorship of junior engineers.

Experience You Bring:
- 4–6 years of experience building and maintaining web applications or enterprise software.
- Proficiency in .NET Core or .NET Framework and C#, with solid testing practices.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and using modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Comfortable working with TypeScript and relational databases (SQL).
- Exposure to AWS cloud services such as S3, EKS, ElastiCache, DynamoDB, Aurora, SNS, or SQS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate edge cases and assess the impact of changes.
- A proactive mindset, with a track record of delivering high-quality work in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
