The Role You’ll Play: 

  • Lead the creation and delivery of data-driven strategies by analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the strategic roadmap for reporting, dashboards, and people analytics capabilities.
  • Partner with technical teams to define requirements and build scalable solutions that enhance data enablement and reporting automation.
  • Develop innovative dashboards and reporting solutions that clearly communicate insights to leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Utilize Power BI, Power Query, and SQL-based tools to build, maintain, and optimize analytics assets.
  • Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities that support strategic planning and business decision-making.
  • Build strong partnerships across People & Culture, Finance, and IT to ensure analytics are aligned with operational needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on data strategy and analytics best practices within the People function.

Experience You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related technical/business field, with a strong focus on reporting and insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience (additional 5 years may substitute for a degree).
  • 4+ years of experience using Power BI and other visualization tools to build dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • 4+ years of hands-on SQL experience transforming and managing complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver analytics and insights to senior and executive leadership.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to inform business decisions, ideally with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Functional knowledge of HCM platforms (Dayforce, Deel, Workday, Oracle, UKG); people analytics experience is a plus.
