The Role You’ll Play:
- Partner with G&A leaders to understand business goals, anticipate talent needs, and design recruiting strategies that drive organizational success.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of full-cycle recruiters focused on building strong pipelines across Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People & Culture.
- Leverage data and insights to identify hiring trends, measure success, and continuously improve recruiting performance and efficiency.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
- Build and share dashboards and reporting that help G&A leaders make informed workforce and hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Total Rewards, and Finance to ensure alignment on workforce planning, headcount, and budget goals.
- Create scalable, consistent recruiting processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience across multiple regions.

Experience You Bring:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Deep experience supporting G&A functions — including Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People & Culture — within high-growth or global organizations.
- Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable recruiting strategies that influence senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen and a consultative approach as a trusted partner to executives and hiring leaders.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative, curious mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, GoodTime, or other data-driven platforms is a plus.
