The Role You’ll Play:
This role leads from the front. As a Team Lead on our ClassPass Field Sales team, you'll empower a team of 8–10 Sales Specialists and Account Managers to grow and retain our partner network across the Brazilian market. You're not just managing—you’re shaping strategy, building regional relationships, and jumping into high-impact deals to keep momentum high and goals in sight. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Guide your team to surpass ClassPass supply growth, optimization, and retention goals across fitness and wellness verticals
- Step into key partner meetings to help close top-tier deals and drive team wins
- Build connections in your region through events, field visits, and ongoing engagement with local industry leaders
- Travel throughout your region (at least 25% of the time) to coach your team and strengthen partnerships on the ground
- Train and develop your team on engagement tactics, pipeline management, and data-driven selling
- Analyze sales funnel performance using Salesforce and Salesloft, turning insights into strategy
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and optimize sales plans for maximum impact
- Keep budgets in check while ensuring strong ROI from every initiative
Experience You Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience managing high-performing SMB or Mid-Market sales teams, ideally in SaaS or marketplace environments
- Proven success as a B2B sales contributor, with strong negotiation skills and a history of exceeding quotas
- Confidence leading across multiple markets and supporting your team both remotely and in person
- Strong leadership instincts and the ability to motivate, coach, and grow a dynamic team
- Familiarity with Brazil’s fitness and wellness market—existing connections are a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office tools
- Based in São Paulo, with the flexibility to travel and work in-person with your team across the region
- Access to reliable transportation—whether that’s a vehicle and valid license or public transit—so you can connect with partners where they are
- Advanced level of English proficiency
