About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our plans & subscriptions infrastructure at ClassPass. This role will play a crucial part in launching new subscription products and promotional pricing levers, ensuring we can target the right users with the right product offerings.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve ClassPass’s plans and subscription management infrastructure by enabling new product configurations, promotional levers, discounting strategies, and user segmentation capabilities.
- Identify opportunities where new subscription, pricing, or promotional tools can unlock growth by partnering closely with Business Intelligence, Pricing & Inventory and Marketing teammates.
- Partner with engineering to deliver scalable APIs and backend systems, ensuring new features are well-integrated, high-quality, and extensible.
- Translate complex systems into simple narratives, driving feature adoption through clear documentation, demos, and ongoing partnership.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to shape roadmap prioritization, feature design, and commercial strategy.
Who you are
- You are a seasoned product manager with a proven track record in building subscription management or invoicing systems.
- Technically proficient, with a deep understanding of APIs, system connections, and database schemas, comfortable working with backend systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of defining, querying, and interpreting data to inform product direction.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build strong relationships across engineering, accounting, and other cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in an agile development environment, adept at managing projects with complex, cross-organizational impact.
- You thrive in ambiguous situations, leveraging new data and insights to prioritize initiatives and maximize ROI.
- Your product intuition is informed by experience, reinforced by a comprehensive understanding of user feedback and analytical data.
