The role you’ll play

As a Senior Revenue Enablement Training Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by equipping our sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and coaching they need to succeed. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, deliver, and monitor the effectiveness of comprehensive training programs that empower our sales teams to excel in their roles as well as facilitate coaching experiences. Working closely with Revenue Enablement Program Designers, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of engaging and impactful learning content. This role will ensure that learning objectives are met, aligning programs with business strategy to drive revenue. 

Experience you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years experience in an enablement, training, or sales 
  • Strong understanding of adult learning methodology and sales methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating and delivering presentations/trainings to audiences live or virtually 
  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using data to communicate the efficacy of training programs.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with an ability to learn quickly and autonomously
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes initiative
  • Excellent professionalism and an energetic positive attitude displayed
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Learning Management Software, Sales Engagement and Conversation Intelligence tools
  • Demonstrates ability to deliver sales training in virtual and in person environments.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver high quality training curriculum for new hire classes, skills development, new products, and ongoing releases
  • Expected to establish primary and secondary areas of expertise across business units to ensure versatile training coverage.
  • Lead planning and execution of in-person onboarding events, including coordinating travel logistics, facility arrangements, and on-site operations to ensure a seamless participant experience.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for sales teams, with some requiring in-person training that involves travel approximately one week every 6–8 weeks.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and presentations using a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles
  • Contribute to ongoing development and implementation of training strategies and methodologies
  • Participates in planning, go-to market meetings, and road mapping activities to identify training needs
  • Create training materials, including presentations, elearning content, one-pagers, and multimedia resources, to support training initiatives and ensure clarity and effectiveness in conveying key concepts.
  • Works collaboratively with Revenue Enablement Program Designers, subject matter experts, cross functional partners and various stakeholders to drive training curriculum build and ensure training objectives are met.
  • Assess and documents team member performance during the training process and provides constructive feedback to appropriate parties
  • Conduct analysis of materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to educational design standards. Organizes and updates training resources.
  •  Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in adult learning best practices and methodologies
  • May need to work 1:1 with Sales Reps for coaching and skills development; working to scale programs to reach a wide audience as well 
  • All other duties as assigned 

Work Environment and Travel Requirements: 

  • This person will be expected to travel up to 20%, typically one week every other month, with frequency and timing depending on business needs. 
  • This role regularly utilizes a computer, including the use of a monitor, mouse and keyboard. 
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.

The goal of Playlist's compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $67,000 - $87,000. The total compensation package for this position will also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
