The Role You'll Play
At Playlist, we're reimagining how technology empowers business growth and real-world experiences. As our Senior Project Manager in Revenue Operations, you'll be the strategic orchestrator who transforms complex projects into seamless pathways of organizational success.
Our Revenue Operations team is the critical nerve center that bridges strategy and execution. In this role, you'll lead transformative projects that directly impact our go-to-market strategy, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.
- Drive end-to-end project management for high-stakes revenue operations initiatives, translating strategic vision into actionable, measurable outcomes
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to design and execute comprehensive project plans that align with our broader organizational goals
- Build and inspire cross-functional project teams, providing mentorship that elevates team performance and fosters a culture of collaborative excellence
- Develop robust project frameworks, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource optimization strategies, and proactive risk management protocols
- Implement and champion project management best practices that enhance organizational agility and operational efficiency
- Craft compelling project narratives and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
- Continuously refine project management methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Act as a strategic advisor, translating complex project dynamics into clear, impactful recommendations that support our vision of powering real-world experiences
Experience You Bring
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales operations and project management, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise CRM systems, with a strategic approach to revenue operations
- Advanced project management skills, with certifications in Project+, Agile, or PMP strongly preferred
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to influence and motivate teams across diverse organizational levels
- Deep understanding of sales technology ecosystems and process improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive project plans and manage intricate operational challenges
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into strategic insights
- A passion for driving organizational efficiency and supporting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
