The Role You’ll Play

  • Serve as a trusted Payments expert, helping customers understand, adopt, and optimize Mindbody’s integrated solutions. 
  • Empower the Sales team with pre-sale support, including credit card statement analysis and competitive rate assessments. 
  • Seamlessly onboard new customers, tailoring the payments experience to fit their business needs. 
  • Build long-term partnerships by supporting the Account Management and Customer Success teams with insights and strategy to maximize adoption. 
  • Own direct customer rate negotiations, balancing pricing integrity with value-based conversations. 
  • Lead data-driven reviews to identify pricing opportunities, uncover inefficiencies, and optimize revenue. 
  • Deliver effective training sessions and clear guidance to elevate the customer experience. 
  • Spearhead cross-functional projects that enhance the impact of Payments across brands and portfolios. 

Experience You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in Payments, account management, or business analysis. 
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering value. 
  • Comfortable presenting and analyzing complex information using Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint. 
  • Sharp analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and financial fluency. 
  • Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments. 
  • Confident managing projects and multiple priorities with focus and precision. 
  • Adept at tailoring messaging to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical. 
  • Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read).
