The Role You’ll Play
- Own end-to-end project delivery across revenue operations, from scoping to execution.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define goals, timelines, and strategic impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing structure, mentorship, and accountability.
- Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines with precision and clarity.
- Proactively manage risks and issues, implementing smart mitigation strategies.
- Monitor performance, report on KPIs, and ensure consistent project governance.
- Champion project management best practices and scalable tools across the organization.
- Foster a collaborative culture of excellence within the project team.
Experience You Bring
- 4–6+ years in sales operations or project management, with a focus on revenue growth and process improvement.
- Deep experience managing Salesforce and sales tech stack initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to completion.
- Strong communicator and team leader with executive-level presence.
- PMP, Agile, or other project management certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
