The Role You'll Play At Playlist, we're on a mission to power the experiences that bring people together. As our Technical Recruiter, you'll be the catalyst that connects exceptional talent with our vision of transforming the way people discover and engage with local experiences.
• Drive full-lifecycle recruitment for high-impact software engineering and technical roles, crafting strategic approaches that uncover and attract top-tier talent • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, creating a seamless and engaging recruitment experience that reflects our commitment to human connection • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that expand our talent pipeline and support our company-wide hiring objectives • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, translating complex requirements into compelling candidate experiences • Build and nurture a robust talent network by proactively identifying and connecting with exceptional professionals across technical domains • Leverage data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies, presenting clear and actionable recommendations to leadership • Manage candidate interactions with exceptional communication, empathy, and professionalism throughout the entire recruitment process • Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and legal requirements while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity
Experience You Bring • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of identifying and hiring top-tier talent • Deep understanding of technical roles, with the ability to speak confidently about software engineering, systems architecture, and emerging technologies • Demonstrated success in developing recruitment strategies that meaningfully contribute to organizational hiring goals • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building genuine connections and creating positive candidate experiences • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex recruitment data into strategic insights • Proactive approach to networking and relationship building across diverse professional communities • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Emotional intelligence and adaptability that allows you to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with grace and professionalism
