Deborah Ann Harry was adopted when she was a baby. She had always dreamed of being a star and she finally got that chance when she joined the band Blondie. She was in a band previously called Wind and the Willows, a hippie band that was a flop.

Debbie Harry fronted the band for 6 albums until she had enough. Her partner at the time Chris Stein was diagnosed with pemphegise and she nursed him back to health. Then when they tryed to pick up with the whole music thing.

Debbie released 4 solo cds and has done a pretty impressive acting resume including the films Videodrome, Rock and Rule, and My Life Without Me.Debbie is back with Blondie working on more albums. The latest is The Curse of Blondie.
