Im your basic redneck hippie with many musical interests.
I enjoy jazz, 80's metal, old R&B, rockabilly, Americana, Texas country, Jam Bands & Western Swing to name a few.
I also like rock ~n~ roll from the 50's, 60's & 70's.
I was a huge fan of the Grateful Dead & saw a number of shows before Garcia passed.
I am a big fan of newer jambands like String Cheese, Yonder Mtn String Band, Trey Anastasio, Karl Denson & Tiny Universe but my favorite is probably Widespread Panic. I lived in Az for several years & got a degree @ NAU but have moved back to the Lone Star State where I did all my undergrad work.
In Az I developed a taste for retro country & rockabilly.
I was raised on Bob Wills, Hank Williams Sr. & the Sons of the Pioneers.
Music is a wonderful thing & variety is the spice of life, imagine how boring life would be without the emotion & expression of art, music in particular.
