My name is Mikey, Im the drummer of 'American Radio Police', a classic punk band in Milwaukee, Wi. formed in 1997. Their first record, self produced in 1999 is called 'Welcome to the police state' and features all origional members and songs. The origional singer Matt Uttley has reunited with other origional members and brought in me on the sticks to put a shot of adrenalin back into their classic format. Our first show in this arrangement was at 'Mad Planet' on Nov. 21st, 2009.

Favorite Music Artists:
As a drummer, I prefer to play punk, roack'a'billy and ska beats. But I have many different influences. Alot of what I like I cant seem to find online by the Adolescents, Intervalle Bizarre or certain songs like Husker Du-59 times the pain, I listen to alot of styles of music too. Autechre is my favorite, Venetian Snares, Metamatics, Kruder and Dorfmiester, Peace Orchestra, Boards of Canada, early Aphex Twin, many other artists on labels like KLANG and WARP, and other tribal music that inspires middle aged Haitian women to cut the heads off of chickens and goats in ritualistic voodoo bonfire dances... but it really started when I was in the 6th grade when i got my first punk mix tape, now Im diggin' Leftover Crack, and others like em'... besides old school pre-1986 punk legends like "the MISFITS! FEAR! the DECENDANTS! CIRCLE JERKS! BLACK FLAG! MINOR THREAT!FUGAZI! BAD BRAINS! DEAD KENNEDYS! BAD RELIGION! OPERATION IVY! the RAMONES! DEVO! NEW YORK DOLLS! GENERATION X! early SUICIDAL TENDANCIES! DAY GLO ABORTIONS! CORROSION of CONFORMITY!"ect. and other hardcore like Slayer, Testament, Pantera, Car_Bomb, Anthrax, I Wrestled A Bear Once, Kittie, Dillinger Escape Plan, Big Black, Satyricon, Unearth, Abigail Williams, Rwake, Sick Of It All, Omen, pre-'garage days' Metallica, Cattle Decapitation, Morbid Angel, Suffocation, Prong, Jungle Rot, Necropsy, The Berzerker, Dying Fetus, From a Second Story Window, early Slip Knot, Cannibal Corpse, In Battle, Vampire Mooose, Kreator, Haunted, Endorphine, Exhume, Obituary, Danzig, Stormtroopers Of Death, Mastodon, Origins, Chimaira, Devil Driver, Gaza, Deicide, Anal Cunt, Voivod, Metal Church, As I Lay Dying, Six Feet Under, W.A.S.P., Hatesphere, Goat Whore, Exodus, Job For A Cowboy, Death Before Dishonor, Artimus Pyledriver, and all that other great shit
