General Info

My name is Amanda and I am from Eclectic. I really love the country but hated being so far from everything. I'm a energitic and outgoing person. I don't think I have ever meet a stranger. I can talk to anyone. I try to have fun no matter where I am or what I'm doing. You have to enjoy life. I would like to take a year and do nothing but travel the world and see everything it has to offer. I feel that you should live everyday to the fullest. I enjoy going to the movies, playing pool, hiking, camping, canoeing, fishing, hanging with friends, anything that is fun and spontanious, and snuggling on the sofa with my man Chad.
I have a house in Montgomery that I share with him. I have known him for 7 years. We lost touch for a while but then ran into each other again about 7 months ago. We moved in together right away not knowing that it would be the best thing that either one of us has ever done. It has been wonderful. Of course we have had our moments but we always work it out. Thats one thing that makes this great. We always talk about what bothers us and do what we have to to fix it. I think thats why so many relationships don't work out, people just don't take the time to talk about their problems and find ways to fix them. He has a 4 year old son that can be so fun and at other times be a pain but thats the way its suppose to be. Even in those moments when I feel like I could just kill him I still can't help but love him. He is like all kids. He trys to push you to your limits and then turn around and make you laugh like you never have before. One of the funnest things he has done is for a while he was going to a day care that all the teachers were women so all day he would say Mrs. so and so. Anyways we picked him up from day care and stopped off by the Block Buster and he looked at Chad and called him Mrs. Daddy. I couldn't stop laughing for about 5 minutes. He kept the habit for a while but now its gone. Going from a life that invovled only me to a life that has a kid has been hard. But at the same time been great. I have actually enjoyed it alot. Then the fact of raising a kid with Chad has made it even better. He treats me like I never expected anyone ever to. He takes care of me when I'm sick, makes me laugh when I'm sad, and always trys to see my point of view before he says anything. Thats why I told him yes when he asked me to marry him. I'm positive that we will always be able to find our way out of any problem that we may face in the future. He is perfect in every way, at least to me.
