Revalation is a talented 23 year old artist from New Bedford, MA. Originally he was born in South Bronx, NY and is where he grew up partially. So Rev is no stranger to rough times and tense surroundings. Moving to New Bedford faired no better, as he moved into the (NOW CALM) Shawmut Village Housing Projects in 1991. In '91, the Potter Street area was flooded with gang members, drug dealers, and addicts and always created a potential for violence. Rev looked past that, kept to himself, and at age 14 began writing raps to help release tension. Since then he has been rapping for about 8 years now and recording for 5 years.
