When the mood strikes, I like a little classic 70's and 80's guitar rock like Foreigner, Journey, Boston, REO Speedwagon...I just can't help myself sometimes. I adore old jazz and blues (1920's, 30's, 40's), Leadbelly, Big Bill Broonzy, Ben Webster, Bessie Smith, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Josephine Baker, Louis Armstrong, Howlin' Wolf, Charles Mingus, Charlie Parker, Edith Piaf, Sonny Boy Williamson, Muddy Waters, Lester Young, Sarah Vaughn, Blind Willie McTell...Oh, and a shout out to old school hip-hop/rap: N.W.A., Black Sheep, Public Enemy, Run DMC...
