Updating my profile; so happy the way this site has IMPROVED SO BEAUTIFULLY!!!!
I finally got the ring-tone charges off my bill - I simply told Sprint I'd cancel my service if they didn't take steps to have the play-list ring-tones removed (since I never asked for them to start with).
Ring-tones are billed at $9.99/month, so think twice before you hit that 'button'.

Go find and buy the cheapest disposable cell phone you can find and let the phone go but keep the number around like a throw away email address. Done it for years! Entities who ask for personal info want it for a reason. We just have to get creative on how to give them what they want without giving them what they want.
