Hey i'm Mary and as both a music fanatic and dorky lists maker, you can imagine how tickled I was to come across this site from a friends profile. On my first(and many to come, i'm sure)playlist, I tried to pick both songs and artists I love....and challenged myself to only one track per musician so I wouldn't bore anyone. Alot of the 60's pop ones, like Happy Together and You Can't Always...., I got into from one of my favorite plays, The Real Thing by Tom Stoppard(check it out!)and from there infused it a bit with some of my faves from the era, like Downtown and And Then He Kissed Me, some also represent a time in my life or memory while some are just my faves or are in there for fun and to create variety. Along with music, I am a huge fan of the performing arts, reading(I like some novels, plays, poetry, astrology and the classis like Great Gatsby and Anne Of Green Gables), I also enjoy checking out what I hear my favorite singers are into and what inspired a song then I also love to write and travel.
