Hello to all who read this, let me tell you about me. I'm a pro-literate and manga obsessing seventeen year old male. And a want to be manga artist, it's harder than it looks. My name is Dimitri by the way, incase anyone was wondering.
As a human I have darker trains of thoughts to believe in.For with no devil there can be no god, with no demons why would there be angels? So this is probably the reason for my existence, there needs to be morbid and dark thinkers.
A small quote of mine is 'That with light, shadows will follow'.
I'm curently a junior at my town and play on the soccer team, which in my opinion is one of the greatest sports.I'm in deceently intelligent classes, I take all honors and college prep classes, as well as one college credited class. I do enjoy school in small doses, epscially when I need to distract my mind.

The girl then asked the boy to pull over because she wanted to talk. She told him that her feelings had changed & that it was time to move on. You were right, it did bring a smile to my face. I think that is a fun way to find something that you love to pursue. And i hope that you continue to improve. I first began to draw as a competition against my cousin. I had been at the age where i wanted to uncover my talent. To be honest, i was a horrible drawer and so for some time i had stopped. In its place i began to write poetry. I eventually took it up again in order to release some of the stress that was suffocating me. And this time, i loved drawing. It made me feel better and i was starting to become really good at it.I had no idea what kind of artwork i was creating. Only that it was something i had made with my own hands. Because i loved to draw i made some really good friends.

The fact that you try to give your characters feelings and even a realistic quality is amazing. It is these characteristics that offer people a chance to relate to the characters that you design. I hope your work brings joy to those around you. Just out of curiosity, what inspired you to want to draw manga?

I'm not a perfect person, i'm very flawed. But, i think that my flaws make me who i am. I try to help people because i want to be able to see through their eyes. It seems foolish. And yet i want them to tell me stories about places they have gone and things they have done. I guess that comes from loving to read books. As for designing, i like to create background scenery and incorporate my abstract thinking into my work as well. But, i also agree about how surrealism shows you two possibilties. The surface and then the depth of the message you are trying to get across. I think that the deeper part of an artwork has far more to say than the surface. You can look at something and think it is beautiful, but the part that lingers within the work is the part that contains a fragment of the artists soul. I heard that saying from somewhere. But it is fitting.

I love to write, but it is more of an enjoyable pastime. Like art, it is the most expressive form for all people. I wouldn't mind teaching creative writing, but it would have to be on my terms and not under the say of another. As for art, i love to draw in an abstract way. Life can be seen in many ways and not just in the way some people may look at it. Otherwise i think i would rather dedicate my time by designing or helping other people. I'm still at crossroads. Hopefully i figure it out soon.

It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. People are becoming desensitized.We are slowly losing our grasp on what it means to be human. People have become hostile, impatient, deeply grieved, and hopeless . What other hell could possibly exist but this one? The line between rich and poor has grown, and even the medicore class is losing their ability to thrive in this society. Meanwhile, the minority who have lived in poverty have come to a point where it is almost impossible for them to climb up the social ladder. It doesn't help that students are losing the motivation to stay in school therefore increasing the economic costs and cost of possible labor. With fewer jobs there is less social mobility, with less social mobility, there are more people turning to crime to botain a source of income. We are losing ourselves, and people ask the question why? Our need to survive in an over populated economy has become troublesome. We now face a decrease in possible resources. The lack of resources are trying to be substituted with new means that could be enviormental friendly. Who knows how this may further impact the world we live in? Most of the change we think we see in life is due to truths being in and out of favor. So which truth is the real truth?
