all genres....stuff that resonates in my head and heart - in a good way. i love old blues and country- hank sr., robert johnson, billie, recordings where you can hear the scratching of the record like your listening to ghosts. chuck berry, some elvis, ..um...love 60's sound - girl groups, shangri-la's, ronny spector, love some soul - otis, marvin, al green, sam cooke, james brown. love 70's raw rock n roll like the stooges, trex, new york dolls, love 70's punk - ramones and the clash, love metal like pentagram, motorhead, some iron maiden, some slayer..etc..love 80's new wave like the cure, joy division, smiths..etc....devo.... i adore underground and independant music - makes me feel like it belongs to me more when no one knows about them. king khan & the bbq show and jay reatard are great. mama be lovin' liz mcgrath's band miss derringer :) but, all in all my heart belongs to the 80's underground - especially early 80's hardcore. that's when music was influencing me the most - as a little punk rock girl......... but i listen to just about everything., i must say that ECONOCHRIST is my favorite band of all time.
