BTW: i am a girl, and i don't post pictures of myself on the website, so.... yeah, just figure it out.

marching band is starting soon. i'm really super-nervous, but mostly excited!! a LOT of my friends are in marching band, and i emphasized the word "lot" because i can count at least 20 people that i'm friends with in the band!!

there are some people i do not like and people who do not like me though. there's a girl in my section who seems pretty.... mean. and a guy who doesn't like my sister at all; once he finds out i'm her sister it'll be bad. he is in my section as well. my section isn't all that great- only two or three friends in it, but i think i can work it out :D

i think i'm going to be embarrassed though because at band camp i guess it's really hard work. i am really out of shape. not fat... just out of shape. and i don't want to look like a wimp in front of everyone.

once band camp's over, everything will hopefully be ok. we'll see.....

I have been finding stuff like this all over the place on this website. some of it is cool, some of it sucks. but my dinosaur (RAWR) is awesome!! no one else has that one yet because i made it!!

i like art. i am an artist. so i have some experience of knowing what art actually IS. i don't think that some art, "modern art", for example, is actually art. and i'm not saying that all modern art is trash. most isn't. i just hate when people throw some everyday things together with superglue and call it art. in fact, i have a funny story about that.

I was walking across a state college's campus (not saying which one) after getting dinner from Chipotles. I like burritos. Anyway, my friend, Pablo (not his real name) told me about a sculpture in one of the buildings, and our chaperon told us we could go and see it.
We had some trouble finding the building, and once we were in it, we got a little lost there, too. Eventually, though, we did find it. Not quite what I would consider a sculpture, though.
Basically, someone took a bunch of random trash and a whole bunch of those inflatable packaging things and glued them together into a big wall. The trash was so sparse on the packaging things, though, that it looked bare.
Then one kid from our group, Gerald (also not his real name), gets the bright idea to go up to the "sculpture" and take two chopsticks out of the piles of trash on the wall. With the chopsticks, he starts popping the INFLATABLE packaging things!!!! Luckily, we ran out in time not to get in trouble, but part of the "sculpture" was destroyed!!

So maybe now you understand why i have something against some modern art.

this is my personal blog entry. i'm happy today. i don't have that much to say. i put some new music, i think only one song on my playlist but caught up with stuff. blogs are fun! no one is going to read this, but i might as well write in it. i read people's blogs even though some don't really say anything. what idiots!

Arrgh! is actually a word in the dictionary. the new one, webster's third new international or something like that. but do you know what word isn't in the new dictionary? F***K. and i don't mean FiretrucK. but it's interesting because, since it's used so much in the english language, you'd think it'd be in the ultimate english reference source. just food for thought. :)
