Problems are fixed. Playlists are now updating properly. To fix your "playlist not found" or "wrong playlist format" errors on myspace do this:

(1) Change the top two songs on your playlist (manage playlist files)
(2) Load the playlist on Project Playlist
(3) Listen to the first song.

This re-sends your playlist to myspace. Check myspace and make sure it loaded. If so, you're good to go.

We are aware of the problems with playlists not updating and playlist not found on myspace problems that a few of you have been reporting. We are working now on fixing that problem. Should be fixed shortly.

The server was acting weird this morning, but now fixed! Some of you got "account suspended" -- don't worry. Your accounts weren't suspended. Server problems.

Some of your playlists on myspace now say "playlist not found". To fix this, do this:

We are aware of the myspace playlists not updating problem and are workign diligently to fix this problem. Also, the search engine is down for scheduled maintenance. I wish both of those weren't down at the same time but please be patient. Will update here when everything is back to normal.

We've updated the code for your myspace player that allows instant updates on your playlist when you make changes here on project playlist. no more waiting up to 20 minutes -- its instant. To get the code open your playlist and click "add this playlist to your myspace". Make sure after you make any changes to your playlist you FIRST load it here. Its sent to myspace when you listen to it here. Questions, problems?

Sorry all for the problems today. Everything is fixed. If you are having problems with your myspace player - "playlist not found", etc you need to open your playlist in project playlist and change to top two songs under "manage playlist files". This will resend your playlist to myspace and everything will work fine.

If you try this and it still doesn't work, please add a comment to this blog post WITH THE URL OF YOUR MYSPACE and what you tried to get it to work.

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the downtime the past few days. We had to move to a bigger server because of our recent growth! Everything is back to normal. If you see any problems, please post in the forum!

We are testing out a new blog feature that allows everyone to create a blog. We are in the process of adding a few new features to make the community sections of the site more appealing and blogs are a step in the right direction I think.

Any feedback?
