i got a car today, $3,900 2003 dodge neon and now i just gotta take the drivers test again, cuz of something COMPLETLY NOT RELATED with alchohol in my car and my phone was in the back seat and a swerving car so the cop thought that i was intoxicated and i didnt know that if you refused to take the breathlizer test then its a 90 day liscense removal and a demand retake. absolutely nothing of that i related as to why i need to retake it............ kinda is
