THIS IS HOW TO UPLOAD MUSIC TO PLAYLIST.COM

THIS IS A LINK TO INSTRUCTIONS ON UPLOADING MUSIC TO PLAYLIST.COM
=The file has to be an mp3 file.
=The url has to link to an audio file, not a web page.
=Where you decide to store or pull your audio file url from is entirely up to you.
=Sometimes links work, and sometimes they do not. Try more than one if you have such a problem.
=No, there are no url's found on YouTube.com, Imeem.com, Rhapsody.com, MySpace.com or LiveVideo.com that will work if you try to submit them to our music url index.
All of this information and much more can be found in the FAQ (a link is located at the bottom of this page).

User Compliance with Copyright Policy: As a user of the Service, you agree that you will not circumvent the Project Playlist copyright policy by (i) adding links to the Project Playlist search index when you know that the links are to music files that have not been posted by the copyright owner for promotional or other legal purposes, (ii) uploading music files to a site and then adding the URL to the Project Playlist search index unless you are the owner of the copyright in the music, or (iii) representing that you are the owner of a copyright in a music file for the purpose of adding that file to the Project Playlist search index when you are not the owner.
Check it out in the Help Blog.

You cannot upload music files to Playlist.com.
You can however input URLs linking to music files that you own the copyright for or legally have the rights to distribute; we do keep a large database of such song links.
To get a URL for a music file that you own the copyright in or legally have the rights to distribute, find a website that hosts or stores files. Once you have posted the file there, the file should be assigned a URL that you can then enter into the Playlist.com expanded search page located at:
Please note that if the link is not accepted, it could be due to one or more issues:
-- The URL you are using is not valid – it points to a web page and not the actual music file (the URL should end in .mp3)
-- The artist (or legal agent for the artist) has not authorized the music to be made freely available on the Internet
-- There is something blocking access to the hosting site
-- The file is too large
-- The file is a video file rather than an audio file, or the file format is not correct (file must be an .mp3 file)
Please also note that it is a violation of our Terms of Service to upload links to unauthorized files. If you are not sure whether you have the legal right to distribute a file or whether that file is authorized by the copyright owner, you should not upload a link to that file. for the dummies:
go to fileden.com, create an account
upload the songs from your files,
then view song properties
copy the URL, then go to:
http://www.playlist.com/link/search?searchfor=song,
then paste the URL into the box...blah blah blah
and ka-pow! ADDED to the search!
after that u can add it to your playlist(s)
but it might take a little while to show
up in the search engine.

there is no problem. it will always show up as red error link or whatever, after the song is uploaded. just go to "view files" then view song properties and copy the URL over. SOME songs can't be added, due to artist restrictions or because it's not a proper MP3, but 99% of mine have worked. just write me a mail or something if u have a ?
