Cannot drag, the song only loads a little bit.

I cannot drag my playlist songs up or down when I try to rearrange them and also, when I click on a song, on myspace this is, I only get at the max 11% loaded.
On here it just gives me that circle thing.
Anyone know whats going on?

i can no longer drag the songs up or down in firefox and internet explorer.

in firefox, there are only the delete icons, no up/down arrows.

in IE there are the delete icons and spaces where there are supposed to be up/down arrows.
