i tried to re-arrange my playlist but when i click and drag it doesn't move it highlights the names of the songs as if it were normal text.any ideas?

Tony AK47 Mafia’s user thumbnail i've refreshed the page,
deleted songs(it still lets me delete songs)
i have no clue why it wont drag and drop
info. would be greatly appriciated ^_^
