Why can't I add new songs to my playlist?

Since a week or two ago, I've been unable to add any new songs to my playlist! I search a song, maybe listen to it first to make sure it's the right one, and click the 'add' plus-sign button to put it on my playlist like always...the little orange 'Adding...' thing appears, but then after it goes away, the 'add' plus-sign button is still black, and the song has not been added to my playlist...this is happening for EVERY song I've tried, not just one or two. Please help!! Dx
