Can't hear my music! HELP! ME~

Okay. I am on a windows pc. Not 7. But I cannot hear any of my music. I press play. Then all it does is loads the grey loading bar. But I click play after words. and it still doesn't play. so
Can anyone help me please?

Hi! Just wanted you to know...you're NOT alone! I'm in the EXACT same
boat! I just uninstalled and reinstalled the Adobe flashplayer 10 and it
didn't make a bit of difference. On top of that, I've got a problem with my
Panda security software...been struggling with both for months now.
