Where did the ability to upload on Windows Music go?

Ok, when I orginaly got this playlist almost 4 months ago, I had the abilityto upload this on Windows Media Player, now that I want to, i cann't. Does anyone know where it went?

You can listen to your playlist using WMP by click the "My Playlists" link at the top of the page, select the playlist you want to listen to, and then click the 'export to windows media player' link (to the right of the player).

I have been trying this and I keep getting an error message, it won;t work..I have emailed support 2 times!! No answers!
