Brüno don’t like talking abaus meinself – you probably already know zat from reading my autobiography – but vassever, here’s a few things abaus me. Alzo, ich have many talents –von examplen, ich bin great at entering water, ich am wery skilled at receiving massage und ich can completely empty mein stomach. Alzo -unbelievable but true – Brüno has never been a professional model.
Brüno has alvays been ein trendsetter – ich vas ze first Austrian to have bulimia - it vas 1987, 3 years before Diana – you do ze mathematische. Vhen ich left school, ich vas going to be ein dancer – Michael Munzig von ‘Snap’ chose me to be in ze video for ‘Rhythm is a Dancer’, but ze day before filming ich got an eye infection from dog faeces - believe me you don’t want to know. Instead, ich started work at ze coolest club in Vienna – zat’s right, Klub Apartheid. For ze first 6 months ich vorked as one of ze urinals, then ich vas promoted to doorman. Ich used to have ze most discriminatory door policy ever – on awerage, only 0.2% of people in ze line would get in. It vas here ich vas spotted by ze Producers of Funkyzeit – Austria’s number einz cable TV fashion show – und asked to host it. Vhen ich started, Funkyzeit vas tiny – but within 8 years, ich had expanded ze viewership to almost 7% of gay vhite males aged between 17 and 23 in ze entire Schlesswigholstein region of ze South Austrian Tyrol. No big deal, vassever.
