God is good.

I have really been realizing recently how much God loves us, and has all of our days planned out for us. I've been reminded of the verse "'For I know the plans I have for you,' Says the Lord, 'Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.'" -Jeremiah 29:11.

God has been so good about working everything out according to His purposes in my life. Whenever we strive to seek His face and lay down our own will and pride, then He works in us and through us to design something beautiful.
The thing is, even though I have put my trust and hope in Him, I worry about what God has for me. Then God reminds me that we are not supposed to worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself.

So when He calls us to move into the darkness, into the unknown, we don't have to fear, because He has promised to never leave us or forsake us, and He'll lead and guide us as we take one step of faith at a time.

"Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised, is faithful." Hebrews 10:23

I am so thankful that God has His plans for me, and they are good. So I can trust Him with all my fears, and know that He'll lead and guide me in these seasons. This is why my heart is filled with peace again.
