Killer Queen

Share ThisFor all the years I've been online I don't recall ever having written a musically oriented blog. Sure, I've blogged a little about old friends in the music scene, but never anything this focused. A couple of years ago I took a stab at starting a plants and gardening journal. However, the last geographic relocation forced me to leave all my chlorophyll cuties in Florida. There was simply no room for anything but one very young juniper bonsai. It didn't survive the climate transition, thus, that muse was lost.
But music is always with me. It's more than just a part of me; music lives within me. It's too soon to delve into great detail about my musical history. For now, I'm finding it rather cathartic to be able to compose an autobiography (playlist: intro) of sorts with songs I've found so far through Project Playlist. Some selections do contain mature and/or disturbing themes. Honesty being what it is, it's all a part of my journey. Thanks, Higher Powers, I'm not the same fatal attraction I used to be.
Hey, did you know that there's a few comedy tracks available? Seriously! I've found Sam Kinnison, George Carlin, Bill Cosby, Cheech & Chong, Monty Python, Lewis Black, and a few others. In the interests of not offending anyone's delicate sensibilities, my picks have been divided into general and nsfw categories. Don't say you weren't warned. Enough out of me for now. For those about to rock, I salute you. ;oD

I didn't even think to check for audio comedy skits on here, thanks for the heads up. As for the blog, well written brotha...you don't see that too often. It was a pleasure to read.
