I am a newbie to this but I am pretty effecient with hi-fi to veristaspath this is not a stealing site. Its playlist for the Ipod Iphone lovers. I am sorry you where duped into think you got a good product. Apple got to the multimedia game first in the US but they are just another Microsoft but with the music realm. They control your whole product and you can do nothing. Get a Creative Zen M its beautiful and if you need Wifi get a Archos which is what I have and I can access my playlist easily better functionality more options only not as cute as a apple.
