I'm Samantha Scissorhands and I live my life behind a camera and the lyrics to the best songs. I've learned a lot this past year and I want to tell you that smiles and make-up hide so much, these days.
Like Andy Warhol said, "The world fascinates me". The people in it are even more intriguing. It amazes me how there's an entire generation of kids who have no regard for the emotions of others.
I must say, I learned the most about people from 'Fight Club'. It has taught me that it's only after you've lost everything that you're free to do anything.
I've also learned a lot about the world from Avenged Sevenfold. They have lyrics that explore the feelings of real people. They break down society and emotions so that they are relatable. That's what's important. They have, indeed, restored my faith in music.
I'm not your average southern girl. I don't fly a rebel flag and go hunting or any of that stuff. I am who I am. Take it or leave it. You can't break me any worse than I have been before. You only go around once so when you're down remember what Zacky Vengeance said: "The best revenge is bettering yourself".
